1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipslot ("vipslot," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the vipslot online casino platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of vipslot services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vipslot supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods include:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya e-wallets
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vipslot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited.

• Players who are found to have exploited bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the vipslot Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or bet.

vipslot reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipslot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of vipslot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that vipslot takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vipslot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Termination

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to vipslot.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and vipslot, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. vipslot will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through informal means.
